Monroe County just released their yearly stats on home values.  For the last year prices have dropped 5% whereas in the same previous time frame it was 12% and the time before that it was 14%.

Does this mean our prices here in the keys are stabilizing?  Well they seem to think so and very good news to all the homeowners here.
