Well we will miss Emily it seems which is a good thing except we could still use more rain.  It is raining today (Wednesday) so that is good!

Lots of bad news on the financial front but I did read that Florida looks like in some areas it has begun to stabilize.

They say mortgage rates won't remain this low for much longer so today is the day!
