As of today Bank of America and Ally Financial (GMAC) have restarted the foreclosure procedures here in Florida having found no discrepancies in their documentation thus far.

How fast BofA and others will be able to get their homes back into circulation is unknown. In areas such as Palm Beach County many investors counted on the thrice-weekly foreclosure auctions in which they had carefully researched various homes up for auction and now much of the research may be wasted.

Bank of America is one of the largest mortgage holders here in the Lower Keys along with Chase and GMAC.  How long it will take for the wheels to totally begin turning is unknown.
